If you aren't happy with your online purchase, we are able to offer a refund within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be not have been worn, damaged or altered and must be in it's original packaging.
Sale items, special orders and custom jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned.
We always inspect items before they are posted out but the event that your goods arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a return ID number. Once received and checked over we will offer a refund or exchange.

-We will issue you with a return ID number which you will need to include when posting back you item. Items can also be returned in store.
