Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@secondempire.com.au and send the item to PO Box 179, West Footscray VIC 3012 or return it in-store.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping To return an item, please mail it to PO Box 179, West Footscray VIC 3012 or return it in-store.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary based on location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
